A deposite of 30% is required at time of booking; Balance due two weeks before arrival. Payable as VISA, MASTERCARD, bank draft, money order or personal cheque.

Cancellation policy

If we re-rent the property, the client receives a refund of deposit minus banking expenses. If we do not re-rent the property, no refund shall be remitted.
