Ice Fishing for Oysters
This winter ice adventure gives you a hands on real experience tonging for oysters on a PEI privately owned oyster lease on the Brudenell River. You have never tried a saltier, fresher oyster than this…our winters make for the tastiest, sweetest PEI wild oysters you may ever try. Not only do you tong your own oysters we show you how to clean and shuck them. To keep us warm we will have bonfire on the ice with a pot of fresh PEI mussels.
